The Pocomoke City Volunteer Fire Department will be visiting our school again this year, for ALL grades!!, on Friday, October 10, 2025 as part of National Fire Prevention Week (October 5-11, 2025). Please remember to sign and return your child's waiver for the smoke house by Thursday.

Reminder: AM Drop-Off & PM Pick-Up Procedures
Morning Drop-Off:
We now have two lanes at the parking lot entrance.
Left lane – for parking.
Right lane – for car drop-off.
If you need to get out of your car to help your child, please use the left lane and park.
Afternoon Pick-Up:
Please remain in your car as staff assist your child into the vehicle.
If you need to help buckle your child, pull into a parking spot.
Do not stop to buckle while in the car rider line.

The Worcester County Health Department is offering a FREE school-based flu clinic for students on 10/28/25. Parents may schedule an appointment to have their children vaccinated during the school day or afterward if parents would like to be present. If you plan to have your child vaccinated during the school day and will not be present, please be sure to complete the emailed consent form prior to the appointment. Walk-ins will also be welcomed after school dismissal until 5pm as long as parents are present. Please call 410-632-1100 option 4 with any questions or scheduling challenges.
