The HOLD we implemented has been lifted, and our school day has returned to normal. The medical emergency involving a student was handled effectively, and we are grateful for the cooperation of our school community. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Pocomoke Elementary School is currently in a HOLD safety status due to a student with a medical concern. At this time, all hallways are being cleared and students and staff will continue with instruction. We will notify when the HOLD status is lifted or if further instructions are warranted. Please know that we will continue to hold our students' and staff's safety as our priority.
